Voice & documentation
Record the conversation. Review the transcript. Leave with a document in your team's format.
How it works
Five short videos follow the work from the first recording to how a team manages access.
Record a conversation on a phone, with or without a connection. When you finish, choose one of your team's templates and generate a draft form from the transcript.
A supervisor builds the team's template — the sections every document should have — and publishes a new version when it is ready.
Listen to the audio beside an editable transcript of a conversation held in Spanish. Voices are separated after recording; you name each speaker and correct any label.
Authorized supervisors can review the work their team shares, reading each draft beside its source transcript. Review is available when it's useful, not a required step.
Add people to a team, set who records and who supervises, and decide whether sessions stay with their owner or are shared within the team.
Team templates
Supervisors publish their team's templates. Everyone on the team drafts from the latest published version.
When a supervisor publishes a revision, the next document starts from it.
A document keeps the template version it was created with.
Publishing a new version doesn't rewrite drafts or finished documents.
Governance
Roles, visibility and retention follow how each team works.
Access, retention, offline device and deployment needs are evaluated with each team before use.

The models are already remarkable — a Ferrari delivered to 1776. What most companies are missing isn't intelligence. It's the roads: a business made legible enough for AI to understand.
ReadPoint a coding agent at an existing codebase and the weak spots in your development process show up fast. Here's the infrastructure that actually moves the needle.

ReadGDPR and CCPA give individuals the right to access and erase their data. The legal part is clear. The operational part — finding it all — is where most enterprises struggle.
ReadShare a template your team already uses. The demonstration follows a recording through its transcript to a draft in that format.
