AI Transformation Course · Train your team
Train your team
We work with your organization to create a 2–3 day AI transformation workshop tailored to your team, systems, and business. Available onsite or remotely.
Instead of teaching from generic examples, we adapt the curriculum around the kinds of problems your organization is actually trying to solve.

How it works
Three steps from first call to a team that knows what to build.
- 01
Scoping call
A 30-minute conversation about your organization, the systems your team works in, and the problems on the table. No use case required.
- 02
Tailored curriculum
We adapt the bootcamp material around your industry, your data, and the kinds of decisions your team makes — worked examples come from your world, not generic ones.
- 03
2–3 day workshop
Onsite or remote. Lectures, working sessions on real candidate use cases from your organization, and a closing plan for what to pursue first.
What we cover
The same two halves as the bootcamp, taught on your problems.
Part one
Identifying and evaluating good AI transformation opportunities
Your team learns how to distinguish:
- Good AI use cases from bad ones
- Problems that should use AI from problems that should use conventional software
- Easy versus difficult AI workflows
- Where human review matters
- What makes a use case realistic or unrealistic
Part two
How those ideas actually get implemented
Including:
- What data is required
- How relevant data needs to be brought together
- How that data stays current
- How AI interacts with operational systems
- How workflows read information, make decisions, involve humans, take actions, and write information back
- What needs to exist for an AI system to work reliably inside a real company
Who typically attends
The people who make AI initiatives happen — technical or not.
Workshops work best with a mix: the people who own the systems, the people who own the operations, and the people who decide what gets funded. We adapt the depth to the room.
Who teaches it
Learn from people who have done this in the real world
