AI Transformation Course · The 2-week bootcamp

From "should we use AI here?" to a plan you can execute.

A live, 2-week program for small groups. The first half is about choosing the right problems; the second is about what it actually takes to implement them inside a real company. Both halves come with private working time on your own use cases.

$500 / personGroups of 1–5 · 10% off for 3+Max 10 groups per cohort

What's included

  • 3 live sessions over 2 weeks
  • 2 private 30-minute office-hour sessions — one between each pair of lectures
  • Practical work centered on your own company and use cases
  • Groups of 1–5 people
  • Maximum 10 groups per cohort

How it works

  1. Lecture 1

    Identify & evaluate opportunities

Which problems should use AI, which should use conventional software, and what makes a use case realistic.

  2. Office hour 1

    Your use cases, with us

Private 30 minutes on candidate use cases from your own organization.

  3. Lecture 2

    How ideas get implemented

Data, systems, workflows, human review — what has to exist for AI to work reliably inside a real company.

  4. Office hour 2

    Implementation plan

Private 30 minutes working through the implementation of your chosen use case.

  5. Session 3

    Workshop

Review real use cases across the cohort, compare approaches, and discuss common patterns and mistakes.

What you'll learn

Two halves: pick the right problems, then understand what it takes to solve them.

Part one

Identifying and evaluating good AI transformation opportunities

You'll learn how to distinguish:

  • Good AI use cases from bad ones
  • Problems that should use AI from problems that should use conventional software
  • Easy versus difficult AI workflows
  • Where human review matters
  • What makes a use case realistic or unrealistic

Then you use your first private office hour to work directly with Overstand on potential use cases from your own organization.

Part two

How those ideas actually get implemented

Including:

  • What data is required
  • How relevant data needs to be brought together
  • How that data stays current
  • How AI interacts with operational systems
  • How workflows read information, make decisions, involve humans, take actions, and write information back
  • What needs to exist for an AI system to work reliably inside a real company

Then a second private office hour to work through the implementation of your chosen use case. The final session is a workshop: real use cases, compared approaches, common patterns and mistakes, across the cohort.

Private office hours

Work on your own use cases with us

Every participant group receives 2 private 30-minute working sessions during the bootcamp. The first happens between Lecture 1 and Lecture 2. The second happens between Lecture 2 and Lecture 3.

These sessions are designed around the problems inside your own organization. Bring an idea you are already considering, or come in with no idea at all.

The goal is to make the course applicable to your actual business rather than keeping it theoretical.

Questions we work through together

  • Is this actually a good AI use case?
  • What would need to be true for this to work?
  • What data would we need?
  • What systems are involved?
  • What should AI handle?
  • What should remain deterministic?
  • Where should humans stay involved?
  • Can our existing team realistically execute this?

Who this is for

People making AI transformation happen inside organizations.

Technical experience is useful but not required. This is not primarily a programming course — it's about choosing the right problems and knowing what it takes to solve them.
